Google's Home Entertainment Device

Great news from the Google this time could actually be a far bigger news. As we all have seen that the Google never released branded hardware without any partner like the Samsung Nexus S, HTC Nexus One, But if considered to the report from Journal from Wall Street, Google is planning to launch their Home Entertainment System in the market later this year.
This home entertainment system would be Android controlled home entertainment system.
The interesting part is that the hardware is said to be a brand from Google. The home entertainment system is developed by the android team. The device will work over a wireless network and users can stream music from any device wirelessly. The main thing that is to be thought is that the company has no history in building audio equipment except the headphones, and the question arises is Google really planning for building this hardware itself?
